De Kunstsponsor stelt de kunstenaar een relatief klein bedrag ter beschikking,
vanaf 150.- euro per jaar.
Als tegenprestatie ontvangt hij/zij een uniek kunstwerk (keuze uit 2 originele
prints). De Kunstsponsor wordt in het jaar van inschrijving door de kunstenaar
persoonlijk uitgenodigd voor het bijwonen van een evenement (tentoonstelling
of ander kunstproject) waarbij de kunstenaar zijn werk toont en er uitleg
over geeft. Bovendien ontvangt de Kunstsponsor 25% korting op de aankoop
van een kunstwerk en kan hij /zij het atelier bezoeken, om zo het werkproces
te volgen.
Door zich als Kunstsponsor achter het werk van een kunstenaar op te stellen onderscheidt het bedrijf zich t.o.v. van andere bedrijven. Op deze manier kan de kunstenaar in positieve zin bijdragen aan het imago van het bedrijf.
Het bijzondere van Riedstra is dat haar werk altijd uitgaat van een eigentijds thema. Iedere serie schilderijen heeft een andere inspiratiebron als uitgangspunt: de natuur (Challenging Nature project) globalisering (Walls of Lisbon project) vervreemding (Barbs project). Thema's die iedereen aangaan! Deze schilderijen series zijn te zien op deze website.
Kunstsponsoring is een goed concept om nieuwe verbindingen tot stand te brengen tussen kunst en bedrijfsleven. Kunstbeleving komt zo dichterbij voor een grote groep mensen.

>Participate in the small scale Art funding project
Bij
participating in this project the participant donates a small amount of
money 150.- euro a year.
In return the participant receives a unique artwork in print (choise out
of two) . In the year of donation the participant is invited as a guest
at a special art-project,
where the artist will explain her new work and the development behind it.
On top of that the participant receives 25% reduction when buying a painting
or works on paper and is free to visit the artist studio, to follow the
painting process.
By supporting the artist with a small donation the participant also benefits because the artist contributes in a positive way to the image of the participant.
Riedstra's
uniqueness lies in her ability to choose urgent contemporary themes and
her interpretation and transformation of the material:
